I really love cooking with this, I’m not particularly fond of seed oils and sometimes don’t want the heaviness of olive oil on my meal. This is a perfect versatile oil that I can use for anything from making guacamole to cooking eggs or frying cutlets.

I've using it pretty regularly and a little goes a long way! I generally use it to cook chicken, fish, sweet potatoes and beef. Compared to the olive oil I normally use this feels a lot lighter..less harsh on the food when cooking and the pan or whatever I’m using is very easy to clean afterwards. Will definitely be getting another bottle.

i really have enjoyed using this oil and it has quickly become my go to for everything from eggs to chickn, steak and or fish. Great neutral flavor and perfect for avoiding any food sticking to the pan.

I received this avocado oil as a gift and wasn't sure what to expect, but I had to leave a review. I make homemade vinaigrettes all the time, and this is by far the best oil I've used!! It has the perfect smooth texture, mixes beautifully with vinegar and has no bitter or oily aftertaste. I will definitely be buying this product!
